Please share a brief synopsis of the history of your farm.
Jim's dad started the garden 1975 and Jim & Deb took over 1996. They started with chickens and have expanded from there.

Angus beef, pork, Cornish hen (white rock cross- called “fryers”)

De-wormer only when needed

Describe the type of grazing system you employ:
We rotate land.

Do you make an effort to avoid GMOs with your feed?

To offer a variety of healthy animals.

Sweet corn, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, peppers, squash and more.

While we are conventional we do not use chemicals. 

Which sprays do you use on which crops, and how often do you use them?
Seaweed and fish emulsion. lemon juice and dish soap

What are your tillage practices? (how many times a year, what kind)?
Plow once a year in the fall, and till after each rain or twice a week.

Tell us a little about your crop rotation. Do you use cover crops?
No cover crops.
