Spring is a great time to give your body a 'retreat' from its usual digestive workload and take a five-day "cleanse".
At this class Ana will share her knowledge and experience about using certain 'tools' to help keep your energy up while eating less and leaving out some of the heavier, harder-to-digest elements of your diet.
Once or twice a year we can do this and our bodies will reward us with more energy all year round. Fresh salad and special juicing demonstration and tasting are included. Yoga and its various cleansing practices will be shared as well.
